1   Rule The Rail / Have you tried this program.  on: May 13th, 2009, 09:32am

I do like a good program like RtR but have stumbled on a game that you can edit or make your self.
The name is Future Pinball, just Goggle it and have a read, it is nothing to do with trains but it has a good editor.
Oh and it is free plus you can download lots of tables.
I will not say any more but just give it a go.

Hi all, its good to be here, at last. I am getting errors with my RTR saying "You can not load this board-you can only save once-please register. I am registered with BB and do have my password installed correctly. It all worked fine, upgrade 1.4 included. I have 1.5 waiting to install when running correctly! I have added some extras from BB site and some are visible & usable. I have made additions to usr.xli and others. I noticed that usr.xli was very tidy but, now after editing file with code snippets, it is quite messy. Also, 2 barn doors, each have the same password number. Is this a no no?
I have tried to sort out usr.xli but, RtR wont even run -
fatal error after clicking START. Any help is good help.
Thanks-unger.

Hey dude, I hope this is the tip for you - place pylon on your board. Then select it. Then hold ctrl key and move mouse. This should LIFT any objects up-down. Hope Ive helped - am only new member, also with some problems with usr.xli file after editing it with additions.
Good luck, unger

This seems to be the place for this but not sure, at least its the newest post so will try.

I am new to RTR and have some questions about some of the original downloads that don't seem to work correctly. I have both RTR and IH and enjoy them very much (plus all the original downloads at the Brain Bombers site) but some don't seem to work correctly.

The pylons and overpass supports when drug out place themselves well into the ground and become pretty much worthless.....what am I missing here? I can't get them to stand on the ground correctly....thanks for any help.

Hi All
I have mastering the skinning at last, have done some sets of couches.
I will see if I can put some pictures up but will say sorry now for painting other peoples rolling stock.
No it looks like I do not know how to put pictures up, well that maybe a blessing for you all.
Hope everyone had a good new year, we have snow in England and it must be 2 to 3 inches thick, factory's and offices closing early, buses stopped, no trains.
Keep up the good work as I am downloading the odd dds files.
Reg

I used Paint Shop Pro 8.
I believe the Captain uses the same program (but maybe a different version).

Hi Adrian

What Program did you use to paint the 125 textures. I'am having a go!!! I'm having trouble getting them to be small and nice like the one's you did.

Thanks Dave

Well, after many months work I'm rather proud to say that my site - which has had a complete re-design - has now been awarded a Gold Smokin' Award AND has also been awarded an AMRA Great Site award too.

The awards can still be found at:-

Plus there's been some new content too including some new e-Passes and the manufacturers section has had a whole host of links added to it.

Hope you like it all!
